game ideas
mars-x idea -
The location of the game idea is mars and the year is 1850, industrial styled ships took 7 astronauts to the planet. one ship crash landed on the planet and the other landed safely with a part of it broken off, after a few days the astronauts find life on te planet equivilent in intelligence to cavemen.
During the trip to mars the ship was hit by a sattelite out of orbit and after crash landing on mars the team of astronauts have to figure out how to survive, communicate with earth and eventually get home.
The genre is a graphic adventure game in which the main focus is solving puzzles like figuring out what to do if you need to get out to the surface of mars to get the safety of a ship without being exposed to the harsh atmosphere.
Hotel Sundown idea -
The location of the game is a hotel in the middle of a city and the year is present day, An outbreak of mutant bugs has taken over the city overnight but the main character was not aware because he was spending the night in "Hotel Sundown".
The game is in a 2d format where the player can see through the wall of the hotel to see into the rooms that they are searching, The player must figure out what has happened to the city make their way down to the bottom floor whilst searching for weapons and supplys.
Locked doors idea -
The game does not have story or a setting to it other than the player is stuck in a building with locked doors stopping them from escaping and each door that they come across has a different puzzle that they must solve to get past the door.
